How does english gematria work

english gematria is an ancient system of numerology which assigns numerical values to words and phrases. It has recently gained popularity as a way to decipher hidden meanings in the Bible and other ancient texts. Essentially, it assigns numeric values to English letters which provides a numerical equivalent that can be used as a form of encryption or code.

The process of constructing an English gematria involves two simple steps. First, one must assign numeral equivalent (between 1-9) to each letter in the alphabet; typically, the traditional assignment is A=1, B=2, C=3 and so on until I=9. Once this numerical mapping is completed, every word can be interpreted numerically. For instance, if we use the word "star", its number representation would be 19-20-1-18 = 58.

It is believed that by studying these numerical translations of words and phrases, one can uncover hidden secrets within the texts - much like cryptanalysis. The system works on many levels; for example, it can tell you about emotional states or feelings - such as happiness (which could be translated as 8+1+16+16+19+5=55) - or alert you to potential danger (which could be 11+1+18+18+22+5=75). There are also some who believe that English gematria is linked to astrology, where each number represents an astrological sign or planet.
